As a Brokerage Director...

You will be a leader engaged with strategic planning and implementation of developmental disabilities services through: strategic planning with partners and team members; setting departmental goals and objectives; and developing policies and procedures to help keep plans and operations progressing forward. 

Other responsibilities may include overseeing departmental budgets and fiscal monitoring, as well as overseeing departmental compliance of contractual, federal, state, and county regulations, including data collection and reporting requirements.

Average Wage Range

$63,000-$71,000 annual salary 

To become a Brokerage Director

You’ll have years of experience working in developmental disabilities, social services, mental health or another related field.  Some Brokerage Directors will hold a Bachelor’s degree, others will possess an equivalent amount of work experience in the field.  

All Brokerage Director professionals will hold a valid driver's license and be able to pass a criminal background check.
